Conflicts, anxieties and problems often originate from traumatic events in former lifetimes. As these traumatic events in the past life are explored and resolved in therapy, so healing takes place in the present life.
Exploring the emotions and physical sensations associated with a crisis in the present life, the client is assisted in locating the source of this problem. This can lead to the discovery of a past life memory. The therapist helps the client move through any remaining emotional issues or any unfinished business, integrating the experience into their present life situation. This healing process may take more than one session.

Sandra Beale is a graduate of The City & Guilds of London Institute gaining qualifications in Anatomy & Physiology, Body Therapy and Aromatherapy. She is a member of the CC&HA holding her certificate as a Healer Practitioner & Trainer. Also attaining a certificate in Psychic & Spiritual Development. Her greatest passion in life is to bring together the opportunity for people to understand and heal their pain. She knows, many people’s lives are affected by past trauma, (including her own) whether it be in this life or a previous one, and was delighted to gain her diploma in Past Life Regression Therapy.

I have a real passion for the above therapies in particular even though I am qualified in others.

I treat a lot of people for Depression, Anger Management and Abuse related cases. Because of this I have written Specialised teaching days, which I personally teach for the Kent School of Hypnotherapy. I also teach other subject areas for them.

Past Life Regression

In my experience many clients wish to experience past life regression etc simply for curiosity’s sake. However, some seek answers for their lives today by learning their lessons from the past. In a past life regression, through deep relaxation and letting go of the conscious mind, one can access the awesome power, and recall abilities, of the subconscious mind. It is a completely safe and invigorating experience that can often be quite emotional too. When the therapist is experienced at completing the session, by integrating any information brought forward for the healing of one’s present day issues, it can be a life changing therapy too.

Therefore, not only do I aim to help all of my clients discover and integrate key information that has been gleaned from their regression but I will ensure that they are then able to relate that information to the issues of the present life. In this way, any of the therapies that the client has chosen to experience will be beneficial in both healing the issues of the present and also may lead to a happier future AND a better understanding of themselves.

Whilst this will provide just the same healing potential as a regression that is performed for a specific reason, it is a fact that most regressions are completed because a person is:

About Past Life Therapy

In addition to being a fascinating insight for most people, Past Life Therapy is first and foremost incredibly healing. In cases where problems do not resolve fairly quickly, the issue may be from a past life. For instance, someone who finds it difficult to lose weight may do so because they were starving in a previous lifetime. There is often a thread of the same issue flowing through several lives, and this could continue if not looked at and dealt with. When someone is ready to let go of a destructive or stuck pattern, the issue will float up from the subconscious mind into the conscious mind, at which point if often resolves. On occasion, a little more work with the hypnotherapist will be required.

Background

From a London Publishing House and Art Managing Editor background, my fascination with Past Life Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy and related Holistic Therapies goes back over a long period of time. My years of publishing experience have been of great assistance with my current book projects on Past Life and other Therapies.

I have for many years attended mediumship development circles, and have a passion for all things Cosmic, especially mankind’s shift in consciousness during the current energy changes on our planet. I am interested in teaching others how to empower themselves for healing mind and body.
